The Law Office of Jasmine Brunson, LLC will not provide tax, accounting, or financial advice, and the information provided to you by The Law Office of Jasmine Brunson, LLC  is not intended as such. We provide educational material, strategic coaching, and mentorship to help you accomplish your business goals. We are educators and strategic coaches, not your accountant, tax-advisors, financial planners, or estate professionals. You should refer any and all legal, tax, accounting, or financial related inquiries to appropriate qualified professionals in your jurisdiction. There is no attorney-client relationship formed by filling out forms, registering for material, attending events, registering for courses or programs.

Fees, Payment, Refund Policy.

We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorize your credit card, bank account, or other approved payment facility you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to the same. If the mailing address you provided us is in the United States, all payments will be charged and made in U.S. dollars. By retaining the Firm for services, you agree that all sales are final. Because we file and begin processing immediately, we cannot offer refunds on filings under any circumstances. All sales are final. Please note that all services are non-refundable and non-cancellable. You understand and agree that upon the earlier of (i) Your payment to the Firm., or (ii) providing the Firm your credit card information and indicating your desire to purchase a particular service, that the purchase is non-refundable and non-cancellable. The Firm has no obligation to refund your purchase price under any circumstances, including without limitation based on your dissatisfaction with the service, your non-use of the service, or your inability to satisfactorily adapt the service to your business needs.
